Using this website
- This website provides information about our drum lessons and lets you enquire or book a free trial.
- You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes related to booking or considering lessons.

Enquiries and free trial lessons
You can enquire through our contact form or book a free trial via Calendly. Booking a trial is free and carries no obligation to continue. Details you give Calendly are processed by Calendly as well as by us; see our Privacy Policy.
Enrolment and your account
Ongoing students (or their parents) may be given access to our parent/student portal. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Lessons, cancellations and missed lessons
Lessons are scheduled on an agreed day and time. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Fees and payment
Lesson fees and payment arrangements are agreed with you when you enrol. We record payments and outstanding balances in our internal ledger to keep things accurate.
Safeguarding and conduct
All our tutors are PVG-checked. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful environment. We expect students and parents to treat tutors and other students with respect; we may decline to continue lessons in cases of persistent disruptive or abusive behaviour.
Photographs and media
From time to time we may take photos or video during showcases or lessons. We will only use images of students (especially children) where we have appropriate consent.
Third-party links
Our website links to third-party services such as Calendly (for bookings) and Google Maps (for directions). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties; their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
Liability
We take care in running our lessons and this website, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, except where the law says we cannot exclude that liability.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last revised.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland (and the wider United Kingdom). Any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of Scotland.
