What are cookies?

Cookies are small files stored on your device by a website. Essential cookies let a website work (for example keeping you logged in). Non-essential cookies do things like load third-party maps or measure traffic.

The cookies we use

Essential cookies (always on)

• Authentication & session: set by our hosting platform so you can log in to the parent/student or staff portal and stay signed in. These are required and cannot be turned off.
• Cookie consent record: a small entry in your browser storage that remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask you every visit.

Non-essential cookies (only with your consent)

• Google Maps: the map on our Contact page is loaded from Google. Google may set its own cookies (for example NID or PREF) on your device. We only load this map if you accept it. Until then we show a placeholder with a manual “Load map” button and a no-cookie directions link.
• Google Fonts: used to display our typefaces. Google may receive your IP address when fonts load.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, advertising networks, or any marketing/retargeting cookies on this website.

Managing your consent

When you first visit the site you see a cookie banner with three options:

• Accept — turns on the non-essential Google Maps embed.
• Reject non-essential — keeps only essential cookies; the map won't load automatically.
• Manage preferences — choose each category individually and save.

You can change your choice at any time: click Cookie preferences in the website footer. Essential authentication/session cookies always remain active so your login continues to work.

Browser controls

You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies, or clear existing cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will stop you from logging in to the portal. See your browser's help pages for details.
