A drum school for people who didn't think they could play
Dave Frame has spent more than thirty years behind a drum kit — gigging, recording and performing professionally. Somewhere along the way he became an industry endorser, and somewhere further along he noticed something that bothered him: too many people assumed drumming wasn't for them. Too young, too old, no kit at home, no idea where to start.
So he opened a school in Glasgow with a straightforward aim — make good drum tuition feel possible rather than intimidating. No auditions, no minimum standard, no assumption you already know what you're doing. Over a decade on, that's still the whole idea.
The school now runs from three fully equipped teaching rooms, and Dave still teaches — alongside Vitali, another working drummer. Between them they take students from age six to adult, most of them complete beginners, all of them welcome.

Meet people where they are
Most people who walk through the door have never held a pair of sticks. That's not a problem — it's exactly who the lessons are for. We start with the first beat, build at a pace that makes sense, and work on the music you actually want to play rather than a one-size-fits-all syllabus.
Grades are there if you want them, and plenty of students work through them — but they're never compulsory. What matters is that each lesson is one-to-one, relaxed, and built around the person in the room. Parents can follow along through our online portal, so there's no guessing how things are going.
